a nation filled with people afraid of nuclear power are not very intelligent. They obviously lack basic understanding of science and are fear based people, with low IQ's.
The worst offenders would be the Germans. They have all the know how in the world, but are actually *dismantling* their nuke power system. And yet, no one ever accused them of being low IQ primitives.
