This is not my forte, but I think that chart may be misleading. For geopolitical reasons, as well as pragmatic market flow reasons, I think central banks do a swap with the Fed rather than actually sell their holdings...or I've heard something like that from Jeff Wong. Even so, there is a potential for a positive feedback loop that can blow up the global financial system to hell. I may end up stopping reading and analyzing or won't get a decent sleep at nights.
