>The one segment I'm not shorting is Year 2000.<

I'm no longer short y2k.

These companies will fall in the long run (2 years), but unfortunately, they may very well rise in the short term. I made money shorting them, but have now taken my profits and gotten out.

A new round of hype seems to be just starting. I don't believe that these companies will earn their market caps before 1-1-2000, but the market is so crazy, that it doesn't really matter. They have momentum. IMO many tech stocks will decline in the next couple months, but some of the worst speculative stocks may not.

There IS a y2k problem. I don't believe that translates into huge profits for the small y2k companies, but a lot of people seem to disagree with me.
