MAC. Seven insiders added to positions last month. Management might not be aligned with shareholders, but these buys are at least positive, vs. management selling shares.

RE: Macerich Company (MAC) Company raised their dividend to $0.17/share per quarter a 13% increase. At $0.68/year that now yields 6.3% Price/cash flow 6.24x; Selling at 73% of BV FWIW, my largest REIT position. Remember 7 years ago they received a buy out offer of $91/share which they declined.
