If you travel and depending on when you got those Euros, you may want to save those for when the Euro goes back up someday and spend dollars on your trip to take advantage of the better exchange rate now. I agree about nukes. It's a losing game. Retaliation in kind poisons everything. Retaliate with only conventional and it's a sign of weakness and encourages their use by enemies. I worry about Iran and north Korea more than Russia.
