Hi Dad! :-)

That's what my father does and try as I might, he won't use his iPhone and the Apple CarPlay built into the stereo to play the music from it.

No amount of gentle sarcasm and jokes about old dogs or even mild irritation on my part have convinced him that would be easier and better if he just let me show him how to do it.

He was a systems engineer for 35 years at Boeing and did his job well though, so who am I to tell him how to play his music? :-)

Lol, that happens to me too. My favorites mix playlist has about the same number of songs in it as your thumb drive, so when I play it on shuffle I'll get a nice Jim Croce ballad and then a raging rocker from AC/DC right after it. Keeps me on my toes!
