And??????? Like I sed, he was on a movie set--a place of make believe--having a little fun like millions of other people do every day.

I think the reason he has not been charged and taken to trial is no jury in the known world would convict him--waste of taxpayer money IMHO.

PS--the fact that he was not acting out a scene in the movie is totally irrelevant to me.
