Have you ever dealt with government as a consumer of their bureaus? 2. What can you point to within the federal bureaucracy that works well? OTOH, no can look at Amazon, or Walmart, or Tesla, and say "Man, that's a bureaucracy". At the same time, Verizon and AT&T look almost as bad as government. Maybe you are I think of different things as bureaucracy. But the cost of it at the federal level just astounding. It could be fixed, but it would take a Donald Trump figure multiple terms just to make a noticeable dent. Someone who ran on a platform of killing bureaucracy and started on the first day with a game plan designed to kill it. First, by killing Washington DC to the extent possible.
