Hi Grommit...

You've been getting lots of snow, I bet. Down here in the valley its just rain and more. Sunny today...got the door open. Daffodils in the yard. Cat asleep on the hot tub cover.

I just talked with John Liviakis. He's in SACTO: 916/448-6084.
Very personable. Easy to talk with.

He said that his board approved of their involvement with PCTH last night at 8 p.m.. They got the faxes rolling right away, so I think this explains the gap up. I am happy to see that today very nearly healed that gap. IMHO it's better sooner than later. Some volume! Hopefully we will now see new hands holding the stock.

He said that they will be the sole IR/PR source, so I wonder what Tom Barrows will be doing.

Liviakis said that they had been in a seven month search for a company like PCTH for their next PR work, and they first gained awareness of PCTH through intermediaries...IB people it sounds like.

Their involvement in PCTH right now is based in options (terms unclear to me).

I think DW and company are serious about getting this stock into the 9-10$ so they can get that money released and go to work further.

More later as connections return calls,

Ed
