Mel- I think it is good....Seems Kern was not doing the job, Kehoe, on the other hand, is delivering....After a little more than a year, it is difficult to see what value Kern has added to the company....He has not delivered on a couple of companies he allegedly promised.... He also seriously miscalculated how soon Nabisco might come on line. (While communicating that "he would always underpromise and overperform). Kehoe on the other hand is doing a great job and is delivering several potentially humongous contracts... Mike
