jeff - you are right -- if 3 million shares didn't substantially drop the price nothing will. I agree - this transaction had to have been agreed to in advance. The results otherwise would have been devastating to the seller. Like you, I pick up some shares when it dips but didn't this time just due to the uncertainty surrounding the bizarre day. This stock is probably about as pure as they come, as you noted, with basically just cash and investments on their b/s. Talk to you later. mtm
