Yes yes but as I have posted before We the people was a small group really of mostly land and slave owners ... That is self evident :0) so all humans was a small group... There was zero intent to include all humans .. the forces were made up of small landowners on the promise of the franchise :) Not that folks like Gen Washington et al did not endure hardship... but all is relative ,,, but it WAS written for chiefs :( from Star Trek !! Westmount being kinda upscale interesting to me as a Montreal boy from Outremont.. many Conservative Jews . Hasidim Jews and a mixed pot of lower middle class working class folks ...
