A lot less dilutive than issuing stock in a merger exchange offer. That i think is why they are doing it. Anyother acquisition.

And ultimately whether the convertible debt offering is dilutive or not depends on the use of proceeds. If the acquisition is accretive after a year then ultimately (if not according to the one trans. at a time accountants) it is accretive. IF.
