No it's not a "local dispute." That's what I believed originally, which is why I was initially against intervening in Ukraine. If he wins, Europe will destabilize. The Iron Curtain will descend again. China will become much more belligerent than ever before. North Korea will be encouraged to do even more of what they do. But most importantly, the spirit of Hitler will be reborn in Mad Vlad. Seldom do wars ever fit the profile of "good vs. evil," but PooTin's war of choice in Ukraine fits it perfectly.
