Good morning!

Green bubble trouble — how Apple geniously employs dark psychology with iMessage

Is that a satire/humour site?

Or a site for writers with too much time on their hands?

But after a long deliberation, they settled on a vomit-inducing, highlighter green — one of the ugliest colors known to mankind.

Yes, so is that why the header on that website is that color?

To induce vomiting of those poor folk who visit techtelegraph.co.uk/green-bubble-trouble-how-apple-geniously-employs-dark-psychology-with-imessage/ ?

LOL!

Good morning!

I can always spot a bad designer using text. They don't understand the difference between a color and a value.

Values are white > grey > black... better designers know text should be black on white not grey on grey. When they're colored the underlying values should contrast a lot.

Faded (low contrast) text was the #1 consumer complaint in a poll taken by a famous usabilty firm.
