The Kardasian deal does not bother me at all. I suspect emax lost money overall besides. Kim Kardasian is probably ahead overall now she has gotton the extra publicity.

What is of interest, or concern, is business. Either things are done to a set of standards or not, and nearly all of business is based on trust and the paperwork a mere formality.

The SEC has been problematic since its inception, and the first guy who ran it.

Why was the Glass-Steagall Act pulled? It seemed to be sensible idea the time it was enacted.
