My energy use is moderate, I use both natural gas and electricity. I recently checked my bills and payments and my cost is below zero as the government is stuffing more than enough money into my account.

Although I have no objection to this process, I regard it as a bad sign of things to come. Something is going to break. Probably the UK financial system at least.

I sense fear and panic in the bureaucracy.
