I can tell you that where I live in Texas the reverse is true. IN Texas we have a huge problem in that the cities are very blue, while almost all the other counties are red. Hispanic votes can make or break Texas but I have a feeling we will see a lot of red Hispanic votes for the next couple of years, and those votes may well save the country from another Biden term and deliver another Trump term.
