Kevin, remember that could be either a sale or a shifting of blocks between Mmkrs at the bid.

However, if it was a sale, no problem. We have some high stakes traders in this stock and they'll be back after this bit of consolidation.

No stock can continue to gap up like TPRO has without adverse repercussions. I prefer the pop-up, a period of consolidation followed by more upside. Otherwise, you have all of the Mmkrs running out of inventory and essentially shorting the stock in order sell. How do they replenish that inventory?? They fill the gap by bringing the stock back down.

Regards,

Ron

Must be your idol TM. Read this: exchange2000.com

While the hypists are screaming for people to buy all the way to 30, they also bail out. I mean if this stock is going to 30 this year, that's a triple. Show me a few stocks that can triple in a year. If the hypists truly believe the stock will go to 30, they should have mortgaged their house and put all the money into this stock. But this stock has a pump and dump feel. While the hypists are screaming for people to buy, they are quietly bailing out.

I dumped my 1900 shares this morning for the following reasons:

1) I feel a big resistance around 9.
2) I don't want to go through the loss report period. This company delays the cc so that they can buy time. Management is still hoping that by the cc, they will get some mickey mouse contract so that they can make some big noise while more insiders are selling again.
3) Someone sent me an e-mail this morning alerting me about the warrants. If the stock stays up above 6 3/8 for a straight 20 days, the warrants can be called, therefore more shares on the market and more dilution.
4) Company will have a loss this quarter. Sales is probably shitty. They are about to burn up all their cash soon. Watch for another PP or secondary. Where else do they find the money to stay operational for another month? From people's pocket obviously.

When I sold this morning, I didn't feel like I am robbing anyone but I feel like I just pick up some free cash from someone who throws away their money in the street. You have been warned of this hot air balloon. It can go higher, who knows, but the chance of it going down is big too. I am not greedy, would rather leave some money on the table than loose it all.
