There's a video Ill watch, but haven't seen yet.

They should be checking if RCV increases or decreases voter turnout. The 5-7 remotes seem cumbersome, but if done right, it's instantaneous.

But if the software is not public, open-source, then stay with paper ballots.

If it's for student elections, RCV seems better than the old way, and instantaneous recounts is better than 2-12 days of recounts.

There's almost always a real winner, one with 50+%.
