Just a thought from out in left field but if the Zenguard treatment lifespan is found to outlive the particle clogging we may, some ways down the road, see a second slot in HVAC systems to receive a dedicated pathogenic filter in behind the particulate filter.

Steak,,I never said it would extend the life of a filter. Where you get this or maybe I not clear enough. You always twist.
…And to MF, I was talking a modern heating system which I have as do new builds..My expert said to put the fan on auto to come on when the heat pump does. I also have an air exchanger which runs on humidity control and runs most of the time.
…I don’t pretend to be an expert, but just giving a counter to your argument that it could take 2-3 months for one test. Multiply this by several runs plus an equal number of controls and well maybe this time next year for results..Sorry but I like my idea better.
Cheers
