Voting is for non-citizens, too, but those don't count.

They do count them, as data monitoring, but they aren't counted as valid.

I prefer a system that gets to 50%, even in a primary. A 34% winner should not skip the November Election.

But is OZ heading toward that? What percent is he heading toward?
