I'd note only... "not just China"...

I think there will be some nice opportunities in real estate over the next few years... as shifts occurring in the global economy will begin to drive revaluations in a lot of different places.

China still unique in having had a globally historic bubble that was paired with over-building as a state driven policy goal... until not...

Free markets also tend to excess in booms and busts... but, never as much in the extreme as is enabled by state myopia and the perverse incentives enabled by power imposed over market functions.

Longer term shifts in the economy beginning now... will foster longer term changes in valuation...

I'll try to avoid places where there's still excess built in... where people are slow to recognize it.

But, fortunately, there are also places where the trends are the opposite... and people there are slow to recognize it, too...
