As of yesterday the date of the earnings announcement had not been set. The information in First Call is probably correct but its for the "week of"--not a specific date.

The information posted under "earnings" was done by someone here in Chicago--it is incorrect--it was not done by the Company.

Shares--to get the exact number may be hard but its all in the SEC filings if you wish to do the work. Check earliers posts on this subject. The key number is the "fully diluted" number and as close as I can calculate for Q1 it should be very close to 48.7 million shares--as follows (10/31/97 weighted average was 42.9 million plus
2.0 million for the employment benefit plan--SEC filing filed on 9/30/97 plus 3.703603 million for retiring the CA and Private Bank and Trust notes)--there are also purchase warrants which can be exercised but they have exercise prices higher than the current price. The best I can come up with is the above which totals.
