The Dems built the infrastructure we have. Raygun killed the last dam project, and the R's who came after him did nothing. Then, in 2014, the lefties who voted for Jerry Brown also voted for a water bill, and, in 2018, the lefties who voted for Newsom also voted for another water bill. You prolly voted against both of them.
