The assumption of a 60% yields is the hinge point. The rest is just math and a few incidental assumptions (I would guess the Ceramic package costs are closer to $10 to $15, not $4).

How believable is that yield number? At 60% yield, 180 net die/wafer would be produced. Even at a modest 500 wafers per week, that's 90,000 C6'6 per week or 1.17 Million/quarter.

I believe IDT said they produced only 100,000 C6's all of last quarter. I suggest you use this number and work backwards (with various assumptions) to "guesstimate" their true yield.
