Hi Milk,

Even though the thread is extremely busy :) I will take the time to answer your question. I rode Poso on the last go round from 7 to 13...I bought more last week at 8.5 (thought we were taking off again) and today I placed a low ball offer of 7 3/4 when it was trading at around 8.5. I got filled and then some. I sure didn't expect this kind of activity today. I tried to pick up some more at 6.75 but the ask never dropped that low. I have been in communication with this company and have emailed and received responses from Don Danks (co-founder and vp). Don is very good at responding to shareholder inquiries. Here is what I mailed off to Don this afternoon.

Mr. Danks,

My friend and I purchased several thousand shares of your stock today on
the dip. This was immediately before todays downgrade. I have a couple
of questions for you if you wouldn't mind.

1. Why would the analyist downgrade the stock almost immediatly after
POSO received contracts with IBM?

2. Why hasn't POSO discussed potential revenues on the IBM deal?

It was nice to see the bounce at the end of the day, but I expected the
stock to react much more favorably to the IBM deal last week.

Your comments are appreciated.

Thanks,

Jerry Gach
