VP stands for Vertical Price... The VP is the market price which is so typically the apex of any move up or down, that's where the buying/selling is completely exhausted and when the market begins moving back the other way... The market price itself is like a ping pong ball and the VP prices are the paddles, when the market reaches one VP, it typically moves back to the next higher or lower VP depending on which direction the price had been moving...
