From the “Moscow Times”?? I thought all media in Russia is under total government control??

100 rape cases since February? How many of them “happened” while the female Ukr “rape propaganda tsarina” was still in office, before getting fired for wholesale lying?

Verified by the UN? How? Government data? Personal reports?

Rape used to dehumanize Ukrainians? Or, rather, to dehumanize Russian soldiers?

When I scanned that story quickly and saw "AF" I thought it was about the U. S. Air Force Academy.

"And when the victims report what was said during the rapes, it is clearly a deliberate tactic to dehumanize the victims."

UN Envoy: Rape Used as Part of Russian 'Military Strategy' in Ukraine
I am very much against Russia's Russia starting the war and also against a lot of the things they have done in waging it. But I'm somewhat skeptical about that headline. There is definitely evidence of rape but I haven't seen any evidence for it being a systematic Russian plan rather than ill-disciplined soldiers abusing their power over civilians.
when you hear women testify about Russian soldiers equipped with Viagra
If a woman that was raped saw a soldier take viagra (and I think mostly they would not even if the soldier was taking it), how would she know that it was issued rather than something the solider obtained some other way?

Is it possible that their is a policy (either overall or just from commanders in some areas) of pushing soldiers to rape? Yes its possible its been done before in history. But its not the most common thing. Far more common is command failing to reign in soldiers or perhaps not even caring to try. Either of those possibilities seem more likely to me than an order to go forth and rape.
