J., this Dr Ewelina is basing her report on the same quotes from Pramila Patten (UN) that were used in the Moscow Times article. Plus, reports from 4 female MP’s from Ukraine. Whatever. Is it possible that among the 200K soldiers there are some criminal elements? Most likely, yes. I read at least 1 story from a Russian source - in which the perpetrator was sentenced to a prison term. But to sell this as some sort of an official policy? That, IMO, sounds way, way too much like agitprop BS.
