I've been a user of Hot Metal since version 1.0 on both the Mac and Windows, but I've stopped using both. I use Golive CyberStudio on the Mac and will probably use FrontPage98 on the PC (still undecided there, I might settle on DreamWeaver). I can't comment on Softquad's other software except to say that I'd be prejudiced against it based on my experience with HM over the past 2 to 3 years. As for the stock, I don't see much value in the company so it seems fairly priced to me. Eric
