Thanks Luis for the info. I just spoke with someone at the company, who said he was meeting Damian at the airport. He told me the same. The tournament is definitely a go for March 30th, there will be a full field and additional sponsors that should be announced shortly. Hanging in there, G

Thanks for the update Louis. I spoke with Damian awhile back about shares and I think people need to recognize something about the 10M restricted shares. They are owned by 3 insiders. When those shares lose their restrictions later this year, ACCY should be a reporting company by that time. Accordingly, if I have my numbers straight, insiders are only permitted to sell 1% of the total number of outstanding shares per any 90 day period (and obviously they must report it). Just trying to preempt an argument that some will inevitably attempt to assert with respect to dumping. I don't believe that should be an issue at all. As we should be nearing our second tournament around August, I think Damian and David's concerns will not be with share counts as much as it will be focusing on listing with the NASDAQ small cap board. I am very glad to hear that news re: new sponsors, a full playing field and a forward march are underway. Keeping my fingers crossed for those news releases. As we near tournament time, I believe excitement for ACCY will absolutely solidify. Can't wait to invite my friends over to watch MY tournament. LOL Good luck fellow accy holders. I too spoke to Damian. Can add that 0. March 30 is a final date for the tournament. 1. The shell they acquired had 600,000 restricted shares. 2. Thus, the float now is 16.7mil minus 10 mil restricted till August 1998 minus 600k restricted = 6.1 mil 3. REPEAT: FLOAT IS 6.1MIL. Source of info: Damien Loth. To be absolutely precise: he did not pronounced 6.1mil himself, but he pronounced numbers "6.7 mil, out of which 600,000 restricted" and the number "10 mil restricted". 4. Volume on Feb.5 was about 6 mil, but NASDAQ counts shears twice, when they are bought by an MM, and when they are sold by an MM. Thus, there is no contradiction in the current float and recent volume. (though 1/2 of float changing hands is a bit high, but probably OK for an explosive story-type BB stock). Musya.
