I've also been on the Motley Fool thread on AOL, and there are areas that customers are still having problems getting through to AOL. I personally haven't had any problems lately. Of course I live near DC, and maybe they've added extra lines here. Could think of a couple reasons why. One, to keep AOL employees from getting a lot of grief from their friends about busy signals. And two, DC is the federal government. Never is bad to look good in the DC area. Just a thought.

Of course, if there's still busy signal problems in areas, that means potentially more modems needed (and phone lines), or a greater churn.
