There is only one chairperson per board of directors, and he was identified as the seller in the SEC filing. He probably still has lots of shares left and hopes it goes to $8.00 soon, too. Does anyone know if the Maylaysian company has a metallizer? Tom

Sorry, Richard I mixed it up. I made a mistake in my translation from English to German. Somehow I thought a chairman it is the same as a board member. I agree with you that if the stock goes up, we don't have to worry about such details. During the last weeks I got a very good feeling around this stock. I got the impression that Mr. Walters has a vision for this company and every step he is doing is very well deliberated. I am a little bit afraid that earnings will come under pressure during the next quarters because of the acquisitions. But I have a long term interest in this stock. I am sure that we will see good increase in price over the next two years. I used the recent weakness to add some shares to my position. the 3$ resistance is very strong and I think we won't fall below 3$ if there are no really bad news. Regards Ralph!
