There was a war in Georgia more than a decade ago, Transnistria war in Moldova, etc Many former SSR chose to leave sng post Soviet Union of former SSR. The main EU pushers for toughness against RF are former SSR and the Warsaw Pact countries. I don’t think everyone in that camp are Nazis but I agree with you Ukraine seemed to have that problem. Also agree on NATO expansion.
