CPQ really isn't a hard stock to value. Since it is a consistant grower I value it at growth rate X earnings. I use next years earnings since in a bull market a solid grower such as CPQ should be valued higher. I don't have the numbers right in front of me but I know that is comes out to 51.
This is actually conservative considering how the market is valuing other solid growers like CPQ, but I'd rather be to conservative than to aggressive in my estimates.
