Spoke about a possible accretive acquisition,

Does this mean that the stock price of PCTH will not suffer as a result of cash leaving their company - pulling down the EPS? I take it that it does not if I understand the key word, accretive.

Just wondering, I have seen stocks dip down after aquiring companies and then slowly rise to their former price. I am in long at 4.5 and would buy more at current prices, but if it's going to drop then...
