......It would seem that the FAMH goal would be to increase per share price, so that their ability to borrow would be higher, at less cost. You may remember that there was a formula used to calculate their ability to drawdown the loan. Share price x Volume of shares sold prior month x 11%. If they have personally guaranteed these loans; then, a lower share price would lower their net worth, making them a weaker loan guarantor.

......It would now seem to be proven, that the lack of audited financial information is having an impact on share price; so, it would seem prudent to hustle the auditors to complete last years' numbers vs. working on any other project. No other project is as important. So . . . you miss one acquisition!
