What I want to know is when are they going to start finding people who turn in ballots that were photocopied?

I've seen eyewitness reports that huge numbers of ballots were found that were obviously not on the issued ballot paper. This should be easily determined, even before scanning, since part of the ballots will stick out of the ballot shield. That's when they can be traced to the name of the person on the envelope - right when they are opened.

Canvass these people - find out how their ballot came to be photocopied. They will likely find that the ballots are forgeries done by others. Then find out what happened to their original ballot.

The cheating happens in at least three ways - cancelling votes, replacing votes, and creating votes out of thin air.

Replacing is the worst - it cuts two ways.
