Dan, beg to differ, BAAT does NOT fall into that group. BAAT will file with the SEC in a couple weeks to meet the requirement to remain listed. This whole discussion is a non-issue IMO. Am I missing something? Dave

Dan there is another place that they can file. I do not remember the name, but that is where they have filed. Call Joe for the name. I just read your other post. Glad to go I had a lot of fun. I may go to the next one, especially if it continues to rain. gary
