I believe that the patents will be finalized within two weeks according to BAT. The new technology is there. Maybe, not good enough to get 100+ mpg now, but 95mpg is there. This was not a flat track with only two turns. It did go up and down about 20' in elevation difference with a lot of turns. I would bet that Joe did not sell ONE SHARE on Thursday and I did not talk to any one that sold over $2.50 per share. IMHO

I may be mistaken, but wouldn't Joe have to register his few million shares with the SEC if he wanted to sell them, or is that not the case with a non-reporting (yet) company?
