I don’t know much about Russian law. But, one would expect some tightening when a country is at war. But, it sounds like Poland is pioneering the implementation of the idea of Turnkey Dictatorship. Maybe they think they’re heading into a war? Or, maybe their government just wants to have the option of going dictatorial - just in case some day they may want to do it. Interesting concept - going from Democracy to Tyranny - back and forth, like by flipping a switch. Wonderful Democracy - yes, for as long as we haven’t flipped the switch.
