Hi Brian, I think the filings are due by Feb 15, market open or not. If they need further time they have to file an extension by that date. The fact that the 15th is a Sun and that Mon is a holiday, causes some confusion to which I have no ready answer other than an opinion. This company has run several black Q's in a row and I hope this one is no exception. If it is, I don't see that as a problem with all that is going on. M&A business is sometimes difficult to book so that it fits nicely in the Q balance sheets. It is that reason as well that most of us here have not been talking 3Qeps..... Lou
