I will be the first to acknowledge that I am unable to clearly determine exactly what ruling we are expecting. I have attempted to define it as clearly as possible but find it somewhat confusing.

But I disagree with your comments above. My feeling is that regardless of what ruling we are specifically waiting on that if the ruling favours KRY the perception in the market will be that KRY has been victorious. I do not think the market will find it confusing. How could it not react in that fashion. For if PDG's claims have merit why would a ruling 'for appeal' as you say be granted to KRY. It simply does not follow common logic.

IMO the market will view it in this manner, and assume that the following ruling(s) if it transpires in this manner will also be in KRY's favour.

As I have said repeatedly the market is telling us something right now. Has anyone taken a look at a recent graph on KRY?!
