BOJ has $2T, so if they really want to, they can crush anyone who's taking the opposite side.

But they have to trade it smartly. I don't think they have good traders. Nor do they know how to use derivatives.

That said, the whole setup is stupid. They should let it float to much lower levels and then crush them.

Well that was interesting. A 30 point ES ES ramp in 30 minutes to erase all the overnight losses. It's like Asia never happened. Dollar still holding over 112 though so I don't know why they ramped it.
