"The regulator for securites in CO is Colorado Securities Division, 303-894-2320, complaints can be faxed to Ms. Jamie Sharp
303- 861-2126."

" Whether your complaint is about what appears to be a pump and dump, shorting by market makers or the inability to get answers about information published in the press release of a public company, briefly state your complaint and the circumstances. A brief trading history showing volumes and prices should be included ..."

To better enforce and assist in an honest market, your recommendation is an excellent one. Too often, stock manipulation or concerns regarding a company go unreported.

s martin: Most questions can be answered by a full service broker. That's what they are there for.
People pay them commissions, make them work for them.
Calling all over the country frantically and NOT finding a company means nothing, in itself.
Why not call China? I bet no one finds this company there either.
If you feel that you want to call the regulatory agencies, call them.
Tell us all what you find out.
These people seem like that they can walk and chew gum at the same time, I am sure they don't need your "guidance", on these matters.
I wouldn't call any of these places you recommend, just because I don't like to be "led" anywhere.
Especially by someone who refuses to reveal anything about himself.
What if you are a broker, and are trying to buy these shares cheap?
BTW..What DO you do?
It was very important that you all dissected Dennis L's life.
Please don't respond with that tired.."When everyone else reveals themselves, I'll reveal MYSELF, old song"
I am sure most people are just interested in what YOU do for the moment..They all will get around to 3rd degreeing the rest.
But for the time being..let's hear about you.
Inquiring minds are waiting. al
