So far, 67 officials or agencies — including the FBI — have been accused in the lawsuit of violating the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter and Google to censor users for alleged misinformation or disinformation.
That’s good news. Deep staters and people working for them must know that there will be consequences for violating citizens rights - like freedom of speech.

About Scott Gottlieb - who is involved in those lawsuits - back in the late 90’s he became the editor for one of George Gilder’s newsletters - about Medicine - new ideas and developments in medicine. Back then I was a Gilder subscriber and active on his forum - and ended up reading Steve’s medical letter. Don’t remember the details, but it was very interesting. He was young back then, still a Medical Resident. A postgrad trainee.

So, when CoViD started, I addressed to him several tweets. Remember, during that time South Korea was already testing 10,000 people daily - in the US we were testing… 16. Essentially, we had NO testing. I was bugging Gottlieb about this. He never replied, but around the same time started addressing the testing issue. So, that was OK.

In time, I realized that his main interests were to remain a loyal Pfizer director - and a TV talking head. As well as positioning himself as a candidate for important Gov positions.
