Doesn't seem to be a DoD link issue - I can read that. I think it is an SI formatting quirk. The first line had no text, so it didn't show or allow a message open on the overview display. (I have mine set to display 40 single lines of messages.) Usually carriage returns are ignored and the overview display shows even more than the first line of text. I can't seem to duplicate it. There's a lot of unseen formatting in that post - you can see it in the raw text display.
