Wharfie, So what do we do with people who use illegal drugs? Arrest them, and give them free shelter, food and medical care in prison. Are you willing to vote for bonds to build new prisons for them? Of course. We can afford it now, right? But that goes against the Dems' overall goal of "decarceration." No need to pretend that you're all for more jails, because you were all for the release of violent felons because of COVID. And yet, it's the left that's trying to find solutions to homelessness, and it's the right that is soft on public safety. Go figure. Don't believe all the news reports about San Francisco being the car break-in capital of the world! Reality isn't what you think it is!" "But but Texas and Oklahoma is worse!"
