Robert--Marshall Hyman is a general contractor. Topro performed work on one of their projects, the general ordered extras, which are 99% complete. Now they are refusing to pay---Topro claims that the work was done according to specifications and in a satisfactory manner. The whole thing ended up in court--there is a bond involved, these matters can go on for several months. The last I heard, Topro/Tava felt they had a strong case and that they would ultimately prevail. I believe that the type of work being done was involved with their core business as systems integrators. Jan
